I have recently bought the Bold 9000 . I am a sole trader and currently receive my business email via smtp feed onto a Microsoft Exchange System (Version: 6.5.7226.0) in the office and then draw off my emails onto my desktop.
I am struggling to set up email onto the Bold. My mobile operator is also struggling to assist . They suggest that other than purchasing a BES, the only option available is to enable the Microsoft Exchange with Outlook Web Access although they are unable to confirm if my BB will support this without other downloads etc.
Is this the only solution or would anyone know of an alternative option to use without disrupting the current office set up ?

Your Bold will handle OWA with aplomb. You will need the server names for incoming/outgoing (eg: smtp.mac.com, mail.mac.com) and the password for your email account. As long as your server allows this you can set it up on the BB or on Orange's BIS page. You must have at least a BIS data plan however.
