I do not currently own a Blackberry, when I go to the cell phone store, I get slammed with info... web is convoluted too. I want a cell phone, that can definitely do the following...Text; Blue Tooth, full keyboard; mp3 player; 3G, camera and connect to my PC/laptop; I don't 'surf the web' for my job; my music tastes are very picky; so I will upload all my own. GPS would be nice addition and probably would pass on my Purchase order. Any ideas on which Blackberry would suffice?

Well if 3G is a must, and you're on AT&T, the Bold is the device for you.

If I take off the 3G would that make a big difference in other Blackberry's would work for me?

Yes, It would give you a much more broad selection of Blackberry devices. You could check out the Curve, Pearl, Pearl Flip, 8800, etc...
