I gave my mom my older blackberry (curve, 8310) and replaced my SIM card with hers, but my contacts are still on the phone. How do I completely reset the phone so that my contacts will be deleted and hers may appear?
It's actually Options > Security Options > General Settings > Menu Key > Wipe Handheld.

Where are her contacts currently? They won't just appear after you wipe your data. You'll need to transfer them to the BB's address book after wiping it.
