blue light in the indicator

hello everyone,
let me try and explain the problem to everyone here...there is a blue light which remains stagnant in my phone indicator light...even if i have put all my connections i.e. bluetooth, mobile network or even wifi, the blue light still remains...dont know wat i should do abt this...planning to give my fone to the service centre as its been only around 3.5months....
if someone has a better solution, pls help me out...
