Interesting analysis of the Government's "letter of interest" in the RIMM/NTP battle. I didn't know that not only the Feds want an exemption for themselves from any injunction, but state, local, and first-responders are also mentioned. Also, a quote from a Ropes & Gray lawyer that the government's letter is "powerful" and compares it to eminent domain.
