Hi,
I have the 8330 and am having a problem with BB messenger. I added somebody to my contact list, but accidentally deleted them when I was cleaning out contacts. Now I cannot get them to show back up in the list. I sent them another request to add them, and they accepted and can send messages to me, but I cannot send to them unless they send to me first, and they still do not show in the contact list.

If I go to media and try to send them a picture via messenger, their name is listed and I can send them a picture, then it shows up in the conversation list, but I cannot get them added back to my contact list.

It's getting really frustrating.

Did you try removing the battery?

DOH!!! No, it's been so long since I have had any problems with it that I completely forgot to do that.
I tried sending another picture via messenger and they were not listed, so that may have fixed it. I sent another add request and will post the results.
