It does look good. Some parts are hard to read because not enough contrast between font and background, but that may be me. Only other thing right off is I don't see how to subscribe to a thread.
But otherwise it is great. Looks like search will really search. And new posts doesn't cut off after some number, whatever that number was, like the old wap site. Nine out if ten!
EDIT: I just noticed something else. When I posted this, I didn't see it. Then I refreshed the page and there it was. So, the page didn't automatically refresh when I posted?

Love the new look and the Reply box is HUGE compared to the old WAP site.
Well done

I noticed also it leaves off your sig when you post. Still 9/10 though.
(And I also appreciate the full size text box for posting and responding.)

Nice looking. Sometimes changing things up is not a good idea, but not in this case. Cleaning looking with just the right amount of splash of color.
Great job & well appreciated.

Tom told me the refresh after posting is a browser setting but there is no setting in the BBBrowser for this. The mobile site is the same as the regular site but with a different theme so theoretically, it should use the same settings you have on the main site. If you are subscribed automatically when you post then you will be subscribed.
I hadn't noticed that our signatures are left off...hmmm

I did notice later that the page does automatically refresh when I post, but it doesn't show my post afterward; not until I manually refresh the page again. (And I pretty much have everything enabled in browser settings. But I'll look again.)
The automatic subscriptions work. I just have edit and reply links, though. No way that I see to manually subscribe to a thread or a forum that I just want to follow.

Test ... I had popups disabled. That's the only thing I see that seems like it could matter. I've enabled it to see what happens.
EDIT: Nope. That wasn't it. I still had to manually refresh to see my posts. Also, I do also have the "report" link in addition to reply. I didn't notice before, or it was just added.

A few things:
Subscription
I will add a subscribe button asap. This is next on my list and hope to have it working by Monday
Automatic Refresh
BlackBerry browsers like to cache as much as possible. You would almost need to be running your browser with caching off for it to post a new version on a first or automatic refresh.
Cut off Numbers
I limited the maximum posts per page to 20 (from the forum default of 40) and the maximum threads per page to 40 (from the forum default of 100)
Maximum Search results have been limited to 20.

There is nothing in the BB Browser that allows you to control the caching.
I just tried this in Otto's theme for p3101 and the same thing happens. I don't see the reply until I manually refresh.

Oh and it refreshed with me and showed my reply, no manual refreshing needed.

Your completely right. Caching used to be controllable in the browser settings but no longer is. Hmm :(

I can live with manually refreshing. Just as a curiosity, why did the old wap version and the full html version refresh normally in the BlackBerry browser but this mobile version does not? Or I guess that's the big question right now.
My only other comment at this point is I would like to be able to see full profile when I click on a user's name.

Full profile won't happen. Some of the variables in profile fields are way to complex to incorporate into a mobile theme.
As for the other comment, the old wap version was its own beast, it was a completely different website and the only thing it shared with vBulletin was the database.
The main site relies on Java for the post, it is not refreshed it just uses a Java code to add the post you created.
