Default How to update handset OS?

Please Login to Remove!

Running desktop 4.0 OS, and handset 3.7 OS. I downloaded the 4.0 handset OS but how do I load it onto the handset itself?

I've tried running App Loader while the handset's red light is on after reseting the handset, but it just states the 'no system software found for your device.'

I've also tried running App Loader as per normal with the same result.

Anyone out there able to shed light on this?

Take a look at mark's FAQ. It's stickey'd at the top of most pages. It should have all the information you need to get your device going again.
