Browser and BBM - HElp!

Problem 1 - My BBM Icon is no longer in my instant messaging folder (For some reason it's empty) and I can only access my BBM Icon if I got to the blackberry button (the dotted one) and find it in 'switch application' I then press the blackberry button on the BBM icon and nothing happens. Can Anyone help me get it back into either instant messaging folder on even better onto my homescreen/menu?
Problem 2 -My Blackberry 8900 keeps defaulting back to Blackberry Browser everytime I change it to Internet Browser so eveytime I want to use the internet I have to set it to Internet Browser. The internet doesnt work on Blackberry browser but i need blackberry browser for the new Liveprofile thing. Can anyone help me default it to internet Browser!?
