"To obtain the update, do one of the following:

Wireless download: In the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone, go to BlackBerry to download the appropriate update automatically based on your BlackBerry Device Software version.

Universal Serial Bus (USB) download: Go to BlackBerry from an Internet browser on your computer. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer using the USB cable, then download and apply the appropriate update automatically based on your BlackBerry Device Software version."

A BES Software Configuration OTA patch is not yet available.
