Default Wireless activation on Bes 4.1

Please Login to Remove!

why the wireless activation so flakey in bes 4.1?. I can to receive email on the device but not able to send. It keeps saying "waiting on service" how can i force the process to go through? i click on resend it service book. that didnt work. help

Try again..delete the service book Desktop [SYNC] and undelete it to rekick off the wireless activation.
