In Lotus Domino server on the BES I keep geting the message 'unable to get address book list will try again in 1 minute' after 10 mins this stops trying and stops the Blackberry Dispatcher service. Our Notes team says The notes side of the server is working ok. Vodaphone do not want to know. Can anybody else help me please

Your service provider is not providing the service you would be expecting, chris.jupe. This is a known issue and can be easily found in a RIM KB article. Most service providers are generally equipped with the knowledge of looking up any known issues in RIM's tech solution center for any customers' issue.

For your error, you most probably has rename the computer that host the BES and thereby change the FQDN. These change need to be propagated to the Domino Directory and the DNS server. Check out the article below:-
