I have an unbranded BlackBerry Bold 9700 with OS5.
I want to install OS6. But there is no unbranded OS6
version on the official BlackBerry site, there are only
OS6 versions for vodafone and t-mobile etc. Is there
an unbranded OS6 for BlackBerry Bold 9700?

No. There is no such thing as an unbranded OS.
Install the latest version that it is out there. It will not brand your BlackBerry or lock it or do anything except update the OS.
