Hi, this is my first post. I'm also new to the BB experience.

Is there any way to tell by an on screen indication when the mute button in the upper right corner has been pushed? This is for the BB Storm.

Please, if you have a Storm, is there any visual indication when you push the mute button in the upper right edge?

Hi. there doesn't seem to be any visual indication on the Storm that 'mute' is on.

The indication that mute is on only shows in an ongoing call. If you are looking to literally mute the BB's alerts, you'll have to switch the profile to All Alerts Off.

Thanks. I don't want to miss an incoming call because I've accidentally hit the mute button on the top.

No problem. The mute button will only mute the call if you hit it after the phone rings - it's just intended to silence the phone for that alert, not permanently until you change it.
