Default My Phone won't ring Media will not play

Please Login to Remove!

My Phone will not ring. The volume is turned up, I have tried different profiles, I have tried pushing the mute button several times, still it will not ring. Even when I try changing a profile and using the try me button the sound will not play. Also no media wil play either, no ring tones, no music and even the sample video will not load - there is a Lable that says loading but that is it.
Any one have any ideas? All of this stuff was working when i first got the phone, not sure when it stopped but i have connected to my computer and it automatically updated the phone
Thanks for any help

Can you reload your profiles. It seems that they may be corrupted.

Updated to what OS version?

You might try a battery pull as well.

Default Fixed

Thanks for the Tip on pulling the battery. As a long time Microsoft guy and new user to Blackberry I had no Idea that sometimes Java devices need the same familiar remedy. A reboot.
