First of all a rant in case dataviz are listening.. STOP BEING A PAIN IN THE BUTT! lol.
why do they have to make it such a hasstle to simply download software, its forever trying to downgrade itself, never installs properly and generally gives me 100x the grief of any other BB software out there lol.

Right.. anyhow lol..

I have just got an exchange 8320, and sucesfully transferred everything bar datawizz peepeetogo, non-to supprisingly YET AGAIN spreadsheets decided to just vanish(im thinking it didnt put my old version onto this phone and its just still the version supplied with the phone pre-installed), so i click to check for updates and there is an update to V 1.00.5.030 or something like that, ideal saves the hassle of getteing it back on.
so I go to get it over air, it gets 1/10th the way through asks me do i want to overwrite an existing module i say yes. it goes 3seconds more then says the new version is incompatible with existing something or other do i want to proceed, I click yes and then get 907 invalid COD time after time..

Datawizz just seem to want you to spend 50% of your life trying to just install their software, can i get it through the pc and use DM? can i heck that would be too easy. we all love downloading several MB via GPRS time and time again don't we!! thankfully im on an unlimited data plan.

Is this something to do with me now being on a different handset/PIN?? or just another datawizz screwup?

Have deleted Documents to go and re-installed it via the Desktop Manager again?

When you open WordToGo do you have the option to register?

hiya, thanks for reply. i managed to get it kinda working earlier but did not have time to close this thread.

I think a file corrupted on my phone, when i removed the software with DM my phone would nto boot with an error code 549 on bootup within seconds.. panic mode! but managed to save it, and when i deleted the software via the phone itself it reboot once, so i then installed the new one and its okay.. however i now have two versions on DM for some reason, one version it calls the new 1.0.0.5 and offers (insists) on downgrading it, and one that 1.0.0.5 that its happy to leave alone.. however when you downgrade it, it does nothing. so its okay, just slightly annoying its there.. ahh well.. wierd..

I think something must have gone wrong when i did the blackberry swap and transferred my data to the new phone, it must have corrupted something.
