Default How to sync using BES (Lotus Notes) and MS Exchange Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,
I just received my blackberry for work (7290) and have a question regarding syncing home and work PIM/Email with a PocketPC.

Work: Blackberry on BES using Lotus Notes 6.5
Home: Microsoft Outlook using a hosted exchange server. Currently using a Pocket PC Phone Edition, which is under contract so I want to keep it.

Goals: At the end of each day, bring the Blackberry home and sync it with the calendar of MS Outlook, and then sync that info with the pocketpc (which is constantly connected to the exchange server wirelessly throughout the day). I would really just like to keep the two calendar files synched but keep the emails on each unit separate.

Questions:
-Is this possible?
-I do not need the Desktop manager installed in the work computer, correct?
-When installed at home, what email option do I select (since I do not want to sync my home email).

Thank you all in advance. I attempted to search for this situation and could not find what I was looking for...

Installed Desktop Manager at home for BlackBerry Internet e-mail that will stay away from the e-mail

Sounds as if your on a 4.0 server at work using wireless calender.
where at home you would be synchronizing over the wire.

you would have to disable wireless synchronization
synchronize at home
then re-enable wireless sync

let me test that at work tomorrow but that's the idea behind it.
