Default Updating BES SBE

Please Login to Remove!

I have had Small Business Express set up and running... three users, sql2k5, on a SBS 2k3 r2 and everything running stable. Basically having everything run smoothly in one box.

How do I upgrade to the latest sp5? Also how do I find out with BES sp am I at?
