I have unlocked my pearl 8120 with software and I no longer can see my SD card in windows explorer. I have desktop manager installed , I know all the drivers are there. I can see the files through media manager but it so slow it's impossible to work with. Is there something I am missing here my blackberry options are set as follows.
Media card support ON
Encryption mode NONE
Mass storage support ON
Auto enable Mass storage support when connected ON.

I know I can always use a card reader , but I like accessing my pics while my phone is charging.Is there other software that can do same thing as the roxio media manager ......???

I'll ask the usual obvious questions that need to be asked:

Have you tried a hard reset (remove battery for about 30 seconds)?

Can you sync and back up ok?

There's definitely no issue with the card itself? You can read/write on the card in the computer? Do you have another card to try?

I'm curious what you did to unlock -- you used software? What software? What are the risks? -- but leave that to others who know more about it.

Hmm - unlocking a BlackBerry with software.
Three guesses anyone - first two don't count? MFI?

Joe - you may want to locate the source of the software that was used and ask them.
