Hi,

I tried to update my software from 4.3 to 4.5, but when i entered my PIN in Blackberry website for checking for updates it throw up a message stating

"BlackBerry Device Software v4.5 Availability

BlackBerry® Device Software v4.5 is not supported by your wireless service provider."

Can anyone guide me whether it is a problem or i can continue upgrading my software?

Thanks for your reply. Yes i have seen that link, but i wonder what is that message is all about?

"It is not supported by your wireless service provider" ?
