I have seen a lot of questions in several threads here asking for GPS and mapping applications for international users. Let it be carribean, europe, aisa, australia, whatever ... Actually, GPS works EVERYWHERE!

But the application you are using needs to provide maps for your location. Good info on some of the older programs that require the built in GPS. Maybe the release of the 8800 will allow many others to access these others than the Nextel crowd.

I hope so too. I still don't understand why all the mobile devices are lacking of GPS capabilities... The conjunction of a phone especially of a BlackBerry and a GPS receiver is just perfect.

Where can I get a software (TPA- Third Party Application) for the BlackBerry Pearl that can be injected into my 8100 to be used in India?
