I ended my service with tmobile and moved to a different carrier because I wanted the 8330 and got the number ported to this carrier. My billing cycle ends on the 14th and I called on the 12th and confirmed the termination of my service. I asked if I had a balance and was told no. I received a call from tmobile today saying that I owed $81 (which was my normal monthly charge). Now when I ended my service, my balance was zero. Anyone have any information I can go on. I thought I was doing the right thing by calling and confirming my cancelation and zero balance due.

i am going to guess the $81 is for the month that you cancelled in. if you were billed AFTER your billing cycle as opposed to BEFORE you would be charged for the current month.

OK, thats what I thought because the lady on the phone mentioned that tmobile bills after the months service as opposed to before(paying in advance) Just wanted to make sure everything was good. Thanks for your response!!!

best bet is still to call the billing team, and look at your bill when you get it.
