Unhappy Sprint 5.0.0.484 and Voice Dialing

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Voice Dialing activates, scans contacts to 100%, and then exits. I've looked through my contact list to remove non-alphanumeric characters ("&," etc.) and still have this issue.
I loaded the OS through desktop manager and did not use the MTS build.

Got into Sprint elevated technical support a few hours ago, and what they told me, essentially, was that the 5.0 release that became available via the Desktop Manager a few days ago should not have been released, and that the official release will be available via the Sprint website sometime near the end of the month. There are no official fixes for the bug right now (as there is no official release), and the rep told me I could either a) deal with it, or b) rollback the device to a previous configuration, but either scenario nets out for me just having to wait.
Anyone have any insight into how this release became available without Sprint's knowledge/approval?

Smile Fixed!!!

Apparently I'm the only person that had this problem, but in case you are among the unfortunate few who got a pre-release of 5.0.0.484 through the desktop manager and are having issues with various apps (e.g. voice dialing) not functioning, there is a fix.
Sprint is claiming the official release is not out yet and their only advice is for you to roll-back to a previous version, 4.7.x.x, presumably.
HOWEVER
If you download and install the 5.0.0.801 build from
http://tinyurl.com/yhch4b7
when you open the Desktop Manager you will see two versions of 5.0.0 on your DM, "5.0.0" and "5.0.0 for 9630"
Since your Desktop Manager can't tell the difference between development stages of builds (the 4th integer in the version naming sequence, like "x.x.x.801") Desktop Manager will tell you your smartphone is up to date.

1) Roll-back to 4.7.x.x
2) Immediately upgrade to "5.0.0 for 9630"
3) Run/upgrade 3rd party apps as necessary to get updates.
4) Enjoy a working official build of 5.0

Sprint is feeding you misinformation -- the "official release" is posted on their website at http://www6.sprint.com/downloads/bla..._5.0.0.484.exe! (You can navigate to this URL from the Support link on Cell Phones, Mobile Phones, and Wireless Calling Plans from Sprint.)
