Default Blueparrott Expressway with BB 9630 anyone?

Please Login to Remove!

Just purchased and started using BlueParrott bluetooth headset for voice recognition, hoping to use it with my 9630 also. It connects to the phone perfectly. The only problem I am having is that the volume for the person that I am speaking to is extremely low. Conversely, I can hear the other person very well. There is a volume adjustment, but that appears to only adjust the volume in my ear.

Anyone had an experience like this? Any suggestions?

Thanks, in advance for your help!

What version of the OS are you running on your 9630? I had volume problems on my bluetooth before upgrading to 4.7.1.65 I am now on 5.0.0.419 and seems to be working good

Default Current OS is 4.7.1.57

I am currently running on OS 4.7.1 .57. Saw that the new 5.0 had come out for Sprint. But also appeared that some were having some difficulty with it. Intended to wait just a few more days to see if the experiences of others before I installed it. Thanks, for your input!

I upgraded to the MTS version of OS 5 for the Tour, version 5.0.0.419. I have avoided the Sprint version due to the little issues I've read about. 419 is working so well I hesitate to change anything. If it ain't broke, don't fix it until it is!

You can get .419 here: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...027FA84709689E
