Default Enterprise Activation!

Please Login to Remove!

I have AT&T service on my BB Pearl, I had media service and shut it off mistakenly. I had them turn it back on. NOW, on my main menu I have "Enterprise Activation" and it's asking for "email" and "password". I put in my info AGAIN. Does this mean I'll have two folders with the SAME email (hotmail).
I got 3 emails saying it was activated and not sure how this happened. I would hope they see it already has a registered hotmail acct.

Does this folder go away "Enterprise Activation"?

I set it up to receive hotmail initially.

thanks,
Rolo

Enterprise Activation is for BES users only. With Hotmail you are a BIS user. Don't type anything in there. Hide the icon.

I am a BIS user? No name calling here!!! What is BIS?
I did type in my hotmail addy and password and sent it! But it seemed to be frozen so I hit the back button.

I did get messages on my hotmail saying it was activated, what was activated I don't know!?

Now the 'Enterprise Activation" icon is gone!

So since I set my hotmail acct to my BB when i bought it and they inadvertly turned it off and back on I don't need to set it up AGAIN?

thanks for such a prompt response.

Your settings probably stayed.

BIS=Blackberry Internet System.
BES=Blacberry Enterprise Server (usually corporate users)

I get so paranoid that I did something to my BB! I hate that feeling.

So, by putting my hotmail info into the BES, did I do anything?
It appears that I see my hotmail is active BUT in my Service book,
hot mail is in there twice! Is this ok? it has different UID and CID info and not sure what that means? It's not important to me AS LONG as I don't have TWO hotmail folders on my screen!

thanks,
