Dear all,
We are running a fresh Exchange 2010 for a couple of months, and last week we setup the latest BES Express 5.0.1.13, we followed every steps mentioned in Sticky Post - Exchange 2010 BES 5.0.x Install Guide, but there are some problems now and need your help.
Our Environment(
Actually a Hosting Exchange 2010, using dotnetpanel)
- Exchange:
- Exchange Version: Exchange 2010
- Exchange Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
BES:
- BES Express Version: 5.0.1.13
- BES Express Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
BESX Sever and Excahnge Servers are located in a same subnet, no firewalls.
Q1. Warning messages in Error log.
Q2: When running IEMSTest.exe, I pick up BESAdmin user and get the result, is that right? Why no "No Send As permission"

Q4. Failed to send activation email
Log on BlackBerry Administration Service Console, Click User > Manage users-> Username, select "
Generate an activation email ", failed. I can found error msg in Error log:
But I can use the "
Send message to user " button on View User page to send emails to user. Don't know how to figure it out
Q5. Failed to retrieve the user's private contact folders.BlackBerry Administration Service Console, User > Manage users > View user (Demo) > View message settings, when I click Email tab, i got below error msg:
A general mailstore error was encountered while attempting to retrieve the user's private contact folders. The private contact folders will not be displayed.
And there are 5 error events in log:

I am working on these issues for 3 days, but can't find the right path, any comments & ideas would be greatly appreciated.
