For some reason the signal on my blackberry bold has been going through a vicious cycle. First the signal will be perfectly fine but a few seconds later the 3G sign goes away and near the signal bar there is nothing, it then goes to the SOS signal, and finally it completely dissappears till I have no signal at all and it says "Searching for Network...". After a few minutes the signal comes back but then the cycle repeats itself.

I'm not underground or anything, where the signal could be blocked. When there is signal, it's extremely weak that I can't call anyone or message anyone.

This is the first time it has ever happened to me. I have tried pulling out the battery then set it back in but the problem still exsists. It's been happening since yesterday evening.

Has this happened to anyone? If so, I could really use some advice.

Yupe, the same problem occurs to my device also, all of sudden my device goes off and then I have to press the start button and then it tries searching for network...unfortunately I could not figure out why...please let me know you come across any solution.
