My Blackberry Curve 8900 is less than 1 year old and suddenly there is is problem. My trackball is only moving to the left. I have tried the alcohol and cotton swab cleaning thing but it didn't work. Can anyone PLEASE help me to fix this trackball ?
If your sure the trackball is clean the next is to remove the trackball and reclean it. If you feel ok with a bit of work, you can get a new replacement one and replace it. Look on the internet for videos on replacement and get a new one. they are very easy to replace.
Also there are a few videos on removal and cleaning.
