I would like to know if the direct connect (walkie talkie) from Nextel works with bluetooth on any aftermarket car stereos?

I am looking to replace the head unit on my 2010 4runner. The bluetooth on it is awesome except for the fact that I can only use the BT from my 8530i while making mobile calls. When I try to make a direct connect call (walkie talkie) I have to place the phone on speaker and then talk. I would like to know if Kenwood, pioneer or Alpines bluetooth works with this feature.

Its kind of pointless to make some calls via bluetooth and others with a phone to your head and its illegal now. It works on some headsets so there must be a car stereo somewhere with the compatibility needed.
