We have been using our old parent company's BES for our Blackberry users. Our Exchange boxes are currently still integrated as well. We've been sold and the first thing I need to do is migrate our Blackberry users to a new BES. This will happen long before we migrate to our own Exchange server. Is it possible for our old parent company to have a BES running concurrently with ours in the same Exchange domain?

If this is possible, then my users would have to cradle their devices after I got them setup on the new BES, right?

I don't think there would be an issue. It seems that two BES servers can live in the same Exchange org (hence the fact that you can have more than one server for load balancing), but one BES server cannot live in two Exchange orgs.

Anytime you change the SRP Identifier on a BES, whether it be just a new SID or a new BES server, they will have to recradle.
