Default How do most people link appts to contacts?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to switch from a palm to a blackberry, and am curious how most people link to a contact from their datebook? IE if I had Call I needed to make, when I opened it, I could just click to dial. Thanks, Wes

If you put the phone number right in the appointment, you can scroll to it and click the wheel and select "Dial". What am I missing here?

In my palm, I can add an appointment that is linked to the contact so I don't have to re-type a phone # that is already in my addressbook. I believe that is what you are missing.

OK, I believe you can't do that on the BlackBerry.

NJ is right, cannot do that on a BB unless we're missing any 3rd party apps out there that would make the BB do that... but that is a very good feature that RIM needs to add on their next OS update.
