I have a storm unlocked on T-Mobile. I can receive all msgs but when I send them to one particular number they never get received even if I am sat next to the other phone, there is no problems with the other phone at all, It is very frustrating but don't know how to solve this. I don't even have a delivery report option.

I am not experienced with unlocking phones with other carriers.

However I think delivery confirmation is only available with MMS transmissions.

Have you tried getting BIS to resend your service books? You are receiving SMS texts so I am not sure if this will remedy your issue but you can try:

Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Press Blackberry Button > Thumb "Register Now" in pop up window

I've just done that now and it just emailed me saying that I have been registered to the wireless network, so not sure if that will affect my texts or not.

Do you have any other suggestions?
