Can anyone help to guide me how to fix my company 7100G BB? The device cannot load OS and cannot start up. It stay at the screen Device Error: 400 with a Reset option.

If I press the Reset, the system reboot and return back to same screen

I had the same problem with my phone and the Carrier replaced the phone saying it was a manufactures error

Your only hope is JL_Cmder in my signature. Try to wipe the device using that software. If you can get it to a 507 error you can reload the OS.

Two more questions plz!
1-Does the BB 7100t supports sound music? if yes, how can listen to an MP3 songs?
2-Is there an OS supports Arabic and Right-to-left language?

I am not sure about the Arabic language but give this a try: When in application loader in DM and you have the list of apps by the checkboxes see if under languages or input locales if there is any arabic options.
Secondly the question regarding the MP3 playback; that is not possible as the 71xx series only have polyphonic playback support and also the latest OS doesn't have the media app.

Another problem is that the 71xx series doesn't have media cards and internal memory is needed for the OS to run. You wouldn't be able to store more than 1 or 2 songs on this model, even if it could play them.

The 71xx series was designed in the old school, intended solely for non-html email, BB Messenger, SMS, and phone calls. It's a limitation of both the hardware and software, the latter being designed before multimedia apps appeared for the Blackberry. And since it's no longer under active development there won't be any multimedia apps appearing for this series. It's still a great basic workhorse though!
