When you plug in a set of earphones, does all sound (music being played, alarms, alerts and any other sound the device makes) come through the headphones? Or do I have to set something somewhere. I can only get sound through the speaker when playing an MP3 and not the earphones.

Thoughts?

I plugged in my stereo headphones and video seems to play in both ears fine. Haven't noticed any problems yet.
