Default blackberry is receiving multiple lotus notes emails from blackberry internet server

Please Login to Remove!

I have a storm user that is receiving multiple emails and past invitations from our lotus notes server. I have reinstalled the blackberry desktop manager and reinstalled, removed his account from the blackberry internet service and left off for over 24 hrs. I have also reloaded his blackberry service book. I also set his lotus notes emails all as read and deleted most previous invitations. Anyone have any further troubleshooting steps? thanks -- welk

This may be the issue and the instructions in the added document may help.
Try reading the information and some of the info may help with your issue.

KB04258-How to remove an integrated email address from the BlackBerry Internet Service

Overview

The BlackBerry smartphone is receiving duplicate email messages from one or more Yahoo!® Mail accounts.

Environment

BlackBerry® Internet Service
BlackBerry smartphones

Cause

One of the Yahoo! Mail accounts is the original account and the others are aliases of the original. Since they are aliases, they share the same inbox on the Yahoo!® messaging server. This means that the same inbox is checked multiple times and the same email messages will delivered for each alias.

Resolution

Remove all but one of the Yahoo! Mail accounts.

Everything I read from RIM points to the email server as the culpret. I would try fully deleting this user in all servers and rebuilding his accounts. This includes the BB servers. Also is it possible he has a BIS account. Remove that also. Last resort is to wipe the BB and rebuild it with this user.

A lot of work but something must be set or optioned wrong.
