Default Migrate Info from 8330 to new 8530?

Please Login to Remove!

hi!
so excited about my new phone!
Now, I am trying to move my info to my new phone.
I use DM for Mac. I'm trying to load DM onto my laptop, but it keeps saying that there's newer version already on my laptop.
Is DM the same version for both 8330 and 8530?

sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, but I thought it was more an 8530 question than a Mac question.

AHA! works great!

To switch to another BlackBerry smartphone using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac, back up the old BlackBerry smartphone, then restore the backup file to the new BlackBerry smartphone. For information on how to use the Backup and restore tool in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, see KB18776.
