I fixed the issue on connecting my phone to my PC. After many, many tries I was about to give in and call my provider ans ask for a new phone (it was still under warranty), when I tried my co-workers cable... and then I heard that sweet "USB Connect Sound" and I knew my problem was fixed. I wiped the phone and re-installed the OS. Now it works again... Happy BB user again. Even the Enterprise activation started without delay when my BB connected to the network. All set... I learned a lot in the effort to get my BB working again. Now I am even trying to load a non provider specific OS on my BB. (And yes, I am removing the Vendor.xml file...
