Hi, can u please help
My sms return with red "X failed by service". But this only happen to one contact. I have call the number, connected. I'm in Sri Lanka with my carrier Dialog Axiata.My signal is good (3G with ?), have tried pull the battery several times. Any help, please? Thank you.

The error message is telling you the service is the cause. It may be the other user does not have SMS or their carrier is the issue. either way you should call your carrier and see if they have issues.
