Welcome to the forums.

I believe your mistake was pulling the battery while the hour glass was spinning. I have seen posters state that they've waited upwards an hour. Patience is your friend when upgrading OS's.

I would try to run the Loader.exe again and see if it connects.

Default Free!!!

If you go to zeroconferencecost.com Never pay for another conference call again, you can get unlimited conferencing with replay for free forever. I'm not sure how long this promotion will last so pass it along to anyone who you think will benefit. They are trying to sell other services, but you don't need to sign up for anything to get the free offer. Pretty good way to kick off 2009.

Wirelessly posted

If u still have problems try on an xp machine. I have updated several phone then one day nothing. But it does just sound like u need to waite. You might have to wipe it clean and start over if the battery pull affected the update.

I would just verify that you have 4.5 installed on your PC in add/remove programs. I would uninstall any other versions you may have installed just to be safe.

Try to run the installer again and be patient as it may take a while. Report back with any issues or hopefully a success story!
