I'm having an issue syncing up the email on my curve with the email in my outlook. If I read an email on my curve, when I go back to outlook it shows up as read. However, if I read an email on my outlook, when I go back to the blackberry, it still shows up as unread. How can I have them appear the same way?

Also, every now and then I get an email 2 or 3 times on my blackberry that was really only sent once. Why am I getting duplicates?

i'm not using the blackberry enterprise server, just viewing the email over the internet

Email doesn't sync except with BES. Are you also getting email via BIS or just OWA?
