Default Setting up work email after deleting connection!

Please Login to Remove!

I loaded the desktop manager on my home computer and connected the blackberry, I then appear to have f**ked it up cos now when I use my blackberry it says there isnt an email connection anymore!
Is there anyway of rolling back changes or setting it up again?

Obviously ive tried restore but doesnt work and ive tried going through the blackberry enterprise server process but it doesnt wor, I guess the password is wrong,

I just want everything back to the way it was without working realising ive buggered it all up as i cant receive or send emails now!

You need to contact the BES administrator in your IT department so they can set a new activation password for you.
This will allow you to reactivate your handheld using the wireless Enterprise Activation feature from the device.

Sounds like you need to perform another enterprise activation. If you do that wirelessly, your BES admin will need to set your password again. It is not permanent.

I did this once (unfortunately) and was able to get things right again by simply firing up my work DTM and plugging the BB back into it. It then re-established connection to my BES account, and the required service books etc got put back as they were! I believe we must have "auto" enterprise activation because once I had my account created I have never had to bother my IT guys whenever I have switched to a new phone or upgraded my OS.
