Job Title : Senior Deployment Consultant

Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Provide mobility software deployment and customization services to enterprise-level customers via phone, e-mail, and on-site meetings
• Develop written deliverables for consulting engagements
• Work with Engineering and Quality Assurance to resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with the Support Process Manager and Vice President of Client Services to help track customer and deliverable status

Experience Required :
Required
• Excellent computer skills with a focus in one of the following areas:
o Database (Oracle. SQL)
o Computer Networking
o Enterprise messaging and Active Directory
o Enterprise System Management (ESM) Software
• Basic understanding of Enterprise Mobility best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to take ownership of customer issues and follow cases through to resolution
• Experience working with large Enterprise clients
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to design and deliver technical solutions
• Able to take ownership of customer projects and follow engagements through to resolution
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Pragmatic decision-maker, skilled in evaluating options, priorities and implications
• Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader picture
• Relationship builder, able to lead and influence others
• Flexibility, enthusiasm and professional maturity

Desired
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise systems management software
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Consulting experience


Starting Salary : Varries with experience

Conditions : Must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MD
