Red face 7100t - Couple of problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone

I bought a 7100t and I have got a few problems I hope you can all help me out with.

1) How do I transfer new JPG's to the phone?

2) I have linked to my outlook and got the contacts and calendar syncing fine but I can not get the emails onto the 7100t. I dont want to send and receive emails from the 7100t but I can want a carry round a copy of my important emails. Therefore when I am at my desk I just want to transfer the current emails in my inbox to the phone. The have tried the Redirector with n success. Can anyone help?

3) I cant seem to be able to update the 7100t firmware software. Can anyone help and tell me the best place where to get the latest releases.

4) Can you get the phone to tell you when a calendar reminder is due?

I hope you can help with the above

Thanks

David

Do you have BES or BIS?

#1, you can email the image file to the 7100t (and I think you can save images from web pages)....I don't know if there is a way to transfer directly from desktop computer to handheld

#2. forward the email to an email account on the 7100t (including, but not limited to, your BIS address, Yahoo, Google...)

#3, go to your carrier's website, search around and find the latest software, download, install...

#4, not sure what you mean....when you create a new task or calendar entry, look for the reminder setting, and set it to what you want...in profiles, edit the settings for the alert characteristics you want

Hope that helps.
