The little hole on bottom of the blackberry is the mic right? If so all the cases that i have seen for it that wrap around the edges would end up covering the mic and i would assume compromise the quality other people would hear from you since its being covered? Or is this not even the mic or maybe im just paranoid!?

that hole is the mic. if a case does cover that area, it should have an opening in the case to accomodate the mic.
