The use of LINK or other Blackberry applications is at best limited. Link for me does not work at all except to show the connection to the LINK app. Blackberry does not support the LINK application anymore. trying to perform a backup has not worked in about 2 years.
so I found a new application that does work on the latest OS 10 and also works on windows 10 .
It is called "sachesi blackberry" do an internet search for "sachesi blackberry 10.3.3 download" Besides being free there are other versions available.
I found it on another Blackberry forum site but it may be on other sites.
