Hey guys. I just got my storm and i am wondering what happens when i activate it. I have to change my number so i need to go into the store tomorrow and i am wondering if i should even start to use it yet? Like can i add contacts and such or will it be deleted when the phone activates?

You can manually add the contacts and stuff today or if you like when you go into the Verizon store they should be able to import all your other settings over from your old phone. You "shouldn't" have issues but to play safe you may want to hold off for the day.

If you want to do it your self though just install the desktop manager and run through the device transfer and it will import everything for you... also gives you a good chance to back up your data.
