Default Accidentally deleted a missed call!

Please Login to Remove!

Today I recieved a call from a potential customer. But, I accidentally deleted his number from the call log, instead of the voice mail notification.

Is there any way to retrieve that number?

Thank You
Bob

Welcome to the BBF...

Not a way to get it back UNLESS you have done a backup in between.

Go into your Messages icon and hold down Alt-P....do you see it there?

Default My one request to RIM

I have often thought that the one thing I would like in a new OS version is an "undo" feature. Too many times I have hit the del button instead of return/enter to open an email and - poof - it's gone.

At this point the only thing I can think of is:

(1) check your voicemail messages (if you haven't deleted already) and when promted, go to mailbox/message options and get envelope details
(2) go to your account on your service provider web site and see if you can recognize it in your list of calls made

Yeah, an undo button would be a great feature.

It's not going to be easy but give this a shot.

Type ALT + LGLG
Menu>Options
Scroll down into the event list
Menu>Hide all Types
Scroll down and Highlight PhoneApp
Menu>Toggle Filter
Menu>Save

(This will show all calls and numbers to the phone) you are going to have to dig. When you find it, select the entry and it will show the full number.

Good luck and you had better report back!!!

Default Folders

Try going into messages then menu view folder missed calls. I did the same thing and deleted it from my call log , but # was still in the missed calls folder..

You have to scroll down on the screen a ways, until you are in the actual items.

Then when you hit menu you will Hide All Types.
