Thumbs down

I am so unhappy with it.

I'm consistantly having difficulty transfering files downloaded to my computer to my Storm. As far as I know, you have to transfer the subscription files, they can't be downloaded directly to my Storm. I have had three Storms and they all have the same problem

"A problem has occurred in obtaining the devices certificate" and I loose the ability to play subscription files.

My research indicates that this is a fairly common problem. I think Verizon, Real Networks and Blackberry need to get there act together.

Like a lot of things, this device is oversold in it's capabilities and does not work as expected.

I believe that you had the same problem as me. I fixed it by going to options on my Storm, turning off the option to have the sd card recognized as a mass media device. This worked for me.
I like the Rhapsody, however, I do not believe the music quality is as good as it should be.
I use Windows Explorer to create my playlists and transfer them to my media card. I hope this helps.
