When I click on Desktop Manager icon it opens for a few seconds before closing apruptly . I have tried everything , uninstalling it and reinistalling as per the instructions on the Blackberry website, cleaning up installation functions, but nothing works. It just does not want to work on my system. I have windows XP.

What antivirus software are you running?

Have you ran a windpws update lately?

Has the BlackBerry Desktop Manager ever worked before?
