I need help with an issue installing BES 3.6 sp3. During the install the system gets almost to the end of the upgrade then stops and does a rollback and won't complete the install. Any help will be great.

interesting we had the same issue. Install got to then end, threw up an error. The installer then did a roll back. the rollback did a complete uninstall, i suspect the same has happend in your upgrade. To verify check the blackberry registry settings, in our case they went bye bye!

they have been having installer proplems since sp2, lost a windows server with the sp2 upgrade. Now with sp3 they are adding the blackberry controller service, its not a simple upgrade.

forgot our fix was to re-install sp1. trying to get an sp3 full install from them. We are going to try it again with additional installer logging

I had the same problem once, can't remember how I overcome it....I think I uninstall Terminal Service! Strange but true!

i had an issue with the HF2 installation. i just had to reboot in order to be able to install it.
